so sorry for ur loss my mother did the same thing to me tough love out on the streets of L.A California I became a drug addict and sold my body she was never their for me what so ever i am a survivor of tough love life was so hard for me sum days I didn't think i would make it threw another day I am a lot older now but will never forget what my mother did to me she has passed away years ago from cancer I wasn't their for her at that time because what she had done to me threw my childhood and growing up I was left not knowing how I was going to make it day to day my life was very hard for me I had my son when I was 18 years old I now have one son and four daughters all grown with grand kids I couldn't and wouldn't ever turn them away for anything known all what I went threw they know about my life and what I have been threw they all have good jobs and own things and are able to take care of them selves and do not use drugs none of them or drink and I am very proud of who they have become because of my struggles thank u for sharing ur story and may ur son fly high with the angels and RIP and once again thank u for ur share

7 yes ago this month my husband lay in a hospital on life support for 5 weeks. I never could give up that he would wake up. Now he is here and yes he is a little slower but his heart is still beating and I still have him beside me. This really touched me especially this month.

This is absolutely beautiful it made me tear up. That's why I would never put my mom in one. But we go there all the time and see people sitting in the hall slumped over in their chairs and there are so many there that their families don't even visit them. My brother is in one but the only reason he's there is because that's the only way he could get his med's in order to survive but we get him out all the time. Thank you for this article maybe it will stir others to visit there local nursing homes. Please print more articles I'm really interested or do you have a site.
